TennisHQ exists because generic sports software never fit. We built the platform we wished we'd had when we were managing clinics, chasing timesheets, and answering lesson booking texts at 11 PM.
The problem we kept running into.
Every tennis academy we know runs on some version of the same stack: a shared Google Sheet for the clinic schedule, a group chat for lesson bookings, a separate spreadsheet for coach hours, and a third system for member credits. None of it talks to each other. Every week is a coordination tax on the head pro, the director, and the admin staff. We built TennisHQ to replace that stack with one purpose-built system.
